  I emailed about a $13k car I was interested in purchasing that was for sale at the time - I got no response whatsoever. I rang back a fair while later to find out they sold it pending finance approval and someone would get back to me to let me know the result. I have never received a follow-up phone call or email from Kinghorn to let me know anything or to even offer to assist with purchasing another car.

  Atrocious customer service. Called to check a car was still available and asked could we check it out today as we live an hour from the dealership. Salesman said yes and yes. Drove one hour to the dealership. When we arrived we parked in customer parking and the salesman approached us and told us we couldn't park there as it was private property. He didn't even ask us first if we were customers! We then walked into the dealership and were told the car we are interested in had been sold yesterday! Wasted our entire afternoon because the salesman couldn't be bothered checking the stock. We probably would have checked out what else they had in stock had he not also been downright rude. They've certainly lost our business. We'll be buying our two new cars elsewhere.

  Just want to give a shout out to the legends of Kinghorn Motors- Adam & Rick! We called up in the morning as we had seen a car we liked online. Adam was extremely helpful over the phone as we had a few questions and we would have to travel an hour to the car yard. After a satisfying conversation on the phone with Adam, we headed down for a test drive where Adam helped us even further with our questions in regards to the car we were looking at. From the get go, Adam and Rick were very patient and genuine, keeping our best interests in mind. Within the hour, we had all our questions answered, test drove the car, and finalized the sale. Adam and Rick were not only understanding but went above and beyond to meet our needs and made us very happy customers! We will be recommending Kinghorn Motors, Adam & Rick to everyone we know. Thank you so much for all your help guys!

  I recently bought a used Subaru Outback from Kinghorn Motors. I dealt with Rick, who was very helpful, and more than happy for me to take the vehicle for an extended test drive and have it checked by a mechanic.
