  I contacted Norwra Smash Repairs and the lovely Katrina answered the call - she directed me through the process and let me know exactly what to expect - she helped me book in my car - Katrina arranged for the loan car to be available for me - she contacted me throughout the process katrina was amazingly - when i picked up my car it was damage free and cleaned - the whole process did not interupt my lifestyle one bit - Katrina and the lads come HIGHLY recommended - ( The boys do a great job too) but it is Katrina that deserves to be congratulated - they say the receptionist is the front woman to the business well whoever hired Katrina chose well - thank you Lads and thank you Katrina

  After being a moron and reversing my VW into a low overhanging beam in a Sydney car park, I took it to the boys (and Katrina) to fix. Great job, Great price, Fast and I even got it back as clean as it was when I bought it. Thank you
