  I really enjoyed my experience! Walking into the store and being greeted is awesome. The staff were very willing to help and I purchased what I needed and left within 5 minutes. If you want to stay longer to compare products, there is a wide range of things to choose from.

  Today l went to Office works to exchange an item. The replacement item was $20 difference in price. I suddenly realised l did not have my purse or cards with me and thought oh well l will have to come back, much to my surprise the lady serving me who's name was Karen and whom l have never met before offered to pay the difference and told me l could pop in and pay her next time l was passing. To me this was astonishing what a kind trusting gesture. Thankyou so much Karen you made my day. Its little things like this that restore your faith. Needless to say l popped back and paid Karen, but thankyou for your kindness and trust.
