  The phone call nor SMEs did not arrive as promised. I made the trip back to Nowra again today, and Lo and behold the cd in question was on the shelf out the back!!! The young woman serving me was most apologetic but basically had no idea what had happened of course!

  Ordered a cd late September 2016, understanding that there could be a wait for it of up to 2 weeks! Discovered of my own methods that the supplier had depleted stock so a further delay of 2 weeks would happen. It did. No phone call/SMEs follow up from the store. Had to do this myself at the 5 week mark. The response was a lukewarm reassurance that the store would contact me when the cd came in!! Called 2 weeks ago, spoke to 'Andrew', probably no longer works at the store in Nowra! Once again the repeated line of the supplier running out of stock and the store would have to get the cd from another in the network. This was going take at least 10 days!! I had my doubts about this procedure actually occurring because he did not even quote my mobile number back to me correctly .

  Needless to say Sanity Nowra have lost me as a customer, will in future return to patronising JBHIFI as I done in the past whilst a resident of both Sydney and Melbourne with a much better level of service, stock and follow up.
