Have been incredibly helpful over a 3wk period as i waited on something from Gibson.In the end all was resolved and a new guitar sent off today..I must have phoned a dozen times or more! And staff were always courteous ..Johns help in the end was pretty awesome.Thanks SCMusic .cant wait for that Postys knock..

  I bought 3 Sponge Bob guitars online I had fast and positive communication with Tariq, he gave me a great deal kept me updated on delivery status. Postage was extremely fast, Guitars came packed so well you could drop them of the Empire State Building and to my surprise each guitar was set up and tuned by Jack & ready to play straight out of the box. Thank you so much Guys I know where to get Music Gear where ever I am in Australia at cheapest price in Australia . 10/10

  Have bought several times online from SCM. Latest was for an Irish bodhran (drum). A specialty item, there are not many available in Australia. I phoned twice for details and comparison between different models. Service by John was willing and helpful during my lengthy list of queries. Price and quality sounded so good I ended up buying 2 through their ebay site on Wednesday evening - free regular postage and delivered to my home in Newcastle on Saturday morning. The quality of the bodhrans is excellent. I Can highly recommend SCM :)

  Awesome customer service and got a very competitive deal. Even if it's not on their eBay / online store just ask. They might be able to source it for you.
