  The lady that runs this library is unhelpful, impolite and disparaging towards the members of the public who are unfortunate enough to require the services of Nowra Library. Shoalhaven Council should relocate her to animal control or bin collection...tasks that are much more fitting for someone of her character.

  THIS IS LONG BUT WORTH IT. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND. I was in the library today wanting to use the records area underneath the library to use information for my upcoming assignment on Urban Growth and Decline in Nowra, my teacher told me that this was a difficult assignment and that I would NEED the library and I decided to take this advice as it weighs 30% of my final work as it's the basis of my three part assignment. With no car and myself studying full time, my mother and I venture into Nowra by bus to get the information I needed as I can not come in next weekend due to Easter. When I get to the library I was greeted by a lady who seemed to have no time for me, when my mother asked to use to the records room she bitterly said that the area was unavailable on Saturdays, but said if I called during the week the things I needed would be brought up for Saturday. I stressed before hand that I needed the newspaper archives, and that it was a research assignment therefore I would be down there researching, so I did not know what I needed. The whole time the woman was rude and other stuff gave unpleasant looks to both my mother and I. I would not reccommend using the library for anything if this is how they treat the people who use it

  Love it. They have computers Cds, dvds,. Story time for the kids. Great books
