  Their trying charge me money for dirt been put out the front of the lawn that everyone use witch is council land from the letter box to the gutter.and when I ran the people that were supposed to do it there a sceptic mob in bomaderry.That didn't even lay any dirt hey Melinda and Nicole to all rental people take photos before and after and of your lawns this real estate is very nasty nice at the start but wait until you move out they will try and get you for anything and everything they give other INTEGRITY'S a bad name

  Hiding behind comments like "I work for the vendors not the buyers" is used as an excuse to gazump. I understand it is not an illegal practice, but just because you can doesn't mean you should.

  Be aware of Gazumping! This is where a seller accepts an offer from a buyer, and then another offer from someone else. It's a way to use buyers against each other to increase offers.
