  Great service if you get the right bloke, pretty knowledgeable. Couldn't repair a chlorinator though, took almost 2 weeks to diagnose a faulty board as the problem... Yet a blown fuse was the only problem. Go figure!

  Very helpful and knowledgeable. Showed initiative when servicing our pool when we were absent. Only issue is parking can be tight.

  Fantastic service with great knowledge on all areas of their products. Loved being able to call and speak with Cameron about what pool products are best to buy with our pool when we were looking to build a pool, as you get so confused with different ideas from the pool companies coming to quote.

  Purchased a Spa in early 2017. Service was initially great until I started having issues with the Spa. Blower stopped working a few weeks into ownership. Repair man arrived 4 days after calling the shop to report the fault, fixed within a few hours. Issues with the blower a few weeks later, repair man took 4 days to inspect after calling the shop, took blower away on a Thursday afternoon and said they would have a replacement blower early the following week. Heard nothing until I rang them the following Thursday and was told rather abruptly on the phone it would take another week for the ‘parts’ to arrive, when I asked as to why it wasn’t being replaced as the onsite technician led me to believe I was told that’s not what they are doing now. All in all, I was very happy with the product until these issues with the blower, not good enough really.
