  Have tried to continually call regarding my business account and every time I call the phone just rings and prompts you to leave a message and no one rings you back. Just poor service.

  After many messages left on the mobile number of the business representative - zero response... I called the business centre, it rings out until a message tells you 'The party you are trying to reach is unavailable. Please try later'.

  As an existing business customer of Telstra's it never ceases to amaze me just how poor their customer focus is... the sooner Elon Musk fills the atmosphere with satellites so we are no longer beholden to the aging infrastructure and cartel'esque MO of Telstra the better.

  I have tried repeatedly to call this shop [as a current business customer] and it just 'rings out'. No voicemail, no call divert, it just... rings out... This is my general experience with the Nowra Business Centre. Consistently poor service...
