  Staff wouldn't even look at me when I entered the store and I was the only customer there. Terrible customer service throughout the whole upgrade process!

  I came back 20 mins later to him serving other people in the store now and then had to wait in line again to be served .

  both workers sitting down signing up other customers to plans . I stood thete for 20 mins at counter . not 1 of them asked us if they could help me or said " ill be with you shortly ". I was just ignored.

  No, dreaming again. Telstra rip off as usual. No reflection on staff, they don't write policy. I have subsequently changed providers.

  Have walked past a few times needing to upgrade my phone but always a big line so made an appt online for the following week so that I didn’t have to wait. Arrived to be told that the appt time had been triple booked and could I grab a coffee for 45mins or an hour? Seriously ridiculous and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

  I received no help at all. The staff in the shop seemed to have no interest in my problem and the person on the phone was not able to understand the issue. Terrible experience!

  after 20 minutes i walked up to one of them saying " I just want to buy a pre paid phone but you are obviously busy so ill go and come back shortly .

  the phone i wanted was sold out online so i had no choice but to go in the stall. I will not go in again .
